SourceNow LLC and Beyond Technology provides products and services to State, Local, Educational Institutions, and Tax-Exempt Non-Profit entities.
Shipping Charges
Orders ship free for approved accounts, additional charges may apply for LTL deliveries.
Return Policy
Obtaining an RA#
To obtain a Return Authorization, email service@govsourcenow.com or call 832-626-3482.
Orders within 30 days of purchase can be returned when products are in new condition, in original unopened packaging, and are a stocking item. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or mis-shipped.
Software and electronic products are not returnable once opened.
Special orders are not returnable.
Wearable items are not refundable unless returned unworn in original packaging.
All products are sold with the Manufacturer's warranty. SourceNow LLC makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any consumable in any manufacturer's equipment other than the vendor's warranty.
All shipping errors should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 5 days of receipt of product.
From time to time a shipment is damaged in transit. If this is the case please refuse delivery. If the product has been accepted, please call SourceNow immediately at our Customer Service Dept. Do not open the damaged box until after inspection from the carrier. If you open a delivery and then notice the product is damaged or missing, return all product and packaging to the box until after it is inspected.
Xerox Monochrome, Laser, Legacy, Phaser, WorkCentre and Personal Printer: Defective claims must be issued directly to Xerox by the end user. Please call 1-800-835-6100 or visit our site for an online Xerox Defective Returns claim form.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“TERMS”) GOVERN PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS (DEFINED BELOW) FROM, SOURCENOW LLC AND ARE LIMITED TO THOSE CONTAINED HEREIN. ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY FORM DELIVERED BY YOU (“CLIENT”) ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN. SUCH ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN ANY FORM PROVIDED BY CLIENT, SUCH AS A PURCHASE ORDER, WILL BE NULL AND VOID.
BY PLACING A ORDER FOR PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN SOURCENOW’S SALES QUOTE, INVOICE, PURCHASE ORDER FORM, OR OTHER DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED BY SOURCENOW LLC, CLIENT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS UNLESS CLIENT AND SOURCENOW LLC HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT WHICH EXPRESSLY OVERRIDES THESE TERMS, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL CONTROL.
GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCTS POSTED THE GOVSOURCENOW.COM WEBSITE DO NOT CONSTITUTE PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SOURCENOW LLC AND CLIENT.
Governing Law
THIS AGREEMENT IS GOVERNED BY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF TEXAS. ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITTING IN TEXAS. Except in the case of nonpayment, neither party may institute any action in any form arising out of these Terms more than one (1) year after the conduct or event giving rise to the cause of action occurred. The rights and remedies provided SOURCENOW LLC under these Terms are cumulative, are in addition to, and do not limit or prejudice any other right or remedy of SOURCENOW LLC at law or in equity.
For Use in the United States
This Website originates in and is controlled and operated by SourceNow LLC from its offices within the United States. This Website may not be appropriate or available for use elsewhere, and access to the Website from locations where its contents are illegal is not authorized. If you access this Website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk.

The prices of the Products are listed on GovSourceNow.com, quotes, or catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due as set forth in the SourceNow Order Form issued to Client for the Products.
Pricing Information; Availability; Errors and Omissions Disclaimer
All pricing is subject to change. SourceNow LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and Products offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, Product discontinuation, Product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, SourceNow LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Client’s orders.
LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Client understands that SourceNow LLC is not the manufacturer of the Products purchased by Client hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not SourceNow LLC. In purchasing the Products, Client is relying on the manufacturer’s specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by SourceNow LLC.
SOURCENOW LLC HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS SOLD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITS, ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
