Arm swivels 135 degrees from side to side while the monitor mounting plate swivels 90 degrees. Face of the mounting plate also rotates 90 degrees. You can also tilt your monitor from negative 90 degrees to positive 90 degrees for multiple monitor viewing angles. Monitor arm is height-adjustable to easily improve eye level and posture for optimal comfort. Built-in spring gauge can be adjusted to suit various monitor weights.
